Can you do it better? 

This is  an important question you must ask yourself again and  again.

Can you do it better if you were him/her?

This is  an important question you must ask yourself once.

If you can make it better , why not, do you really know?

相反的。。： 是**人就要对自己好一点就是返回来理解。
